Terms & Conditions and Website / Services Use Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, Client Portal, training platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Arizona Veteran Security LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

You also agree to comply with any additional policies, guidelines, service agreements, or notices we provide in connection with the Services, including any updates to these Terms.

Privacy Policy: https://azveteran.com/privacy-policy Terms & Conditions: https://azveteran.com/terms-and-conditions

Accessing or using the Services in any manner—whether automated or manual—constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Arizona Veteran Security is a veteran-founded, family-operated company that provides:

Licensed security officer services (unarmed and armed), including our tiered Security Officer Levels program

24-Hour Response Team deployment for immediate, scheduled, temporary, or ongoing security needs

School SERT (Strategic Embedded Response Team) services for school campuses

Corporate & VIP security services

Security guard training and certification courses (Unarmed and Armed Security Guard Card), delivered through our Client/Training Portal

Career and recruiting information for security officer positions

Fingerprinting and background check referrals through third-party partners

The website and Client Portal are intended for prospective and current clients, students/trainees, job applicants, and other authorized users.

3. Account Registration (Client & Training Portal)

To access the Client Portal or enroll in a training course, users must:

Register using accurate, complete, and truthful information

Maintain up-to-date account and contact details

Comply with any identity verification or eligibility requirements tied to guard card certification (e.g., minimum age, background check clearance, as required by the Arizona Department of Public Safety)

Course enrollment and certificate issuance are subject to internal review and, where applicable, to licensing requirements administered by the Arizona Department of Public Safety ("AZ DPS").

Arizona Veteran Security reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Approve, deny, or delay any registration or enrollment

Modify a user's access level within the Client Portal

Suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable law

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.

4. Services, Fees & Payment

Our security services and training courses are paid services. By requesting a quote, signing a service agreement, or enrolling in a course, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as set out in your service agreement, invoice, or course listing

Provide accurate billing information

Comply with the payment, cancellation, and refund terms disclosed at the time of contracting or enrollment

Security staffing engagements are typically governed by a separate written services agreement covering staffing levels, rates, term, and cancellation — that agreement supplements these Terms and controls in the event of any conflict.

Any optional third-party service (e.g., fingerprinting or background check providers) is billed separately by that provider. Arizona Veteran Security is not responsible for third-party billing, performance, or availability.

5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using our Services, you agree to:

Use the website and Client Portal solely for lawful purposes related to obtaining security services, enrolling in training, or applying for employment

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Provide truthful information during registration, enrollment, and job applications

Comply with all applicable federal, state (including Arizona), and local laws, including those governing private security licensing

Avoid misuse, abuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized extraction of data or course content from the Client Portal

Any unauthorized use, misuse, security violation, or policy breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

6. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

Arizona Veteran Security is licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for private security services (License #[insert license number]). By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

Security officer training, certification, and armed/unarmed guard card issuance are subject to AZ DPS requirements, which may include background checks, fingerprinting, and minimum age or eligibility criteria

Completing a course through our Client Portal does not guarantee issuance of a state guard card license; final approval rests solely with AZ DPS

Security personnel assigned to client engagements are subject to applicable state and federal regulations governing private security and, for armed positions, firearms carry requirements

We encourage clients to independently verify our license standing with the Arizona Department of Public Safety and our business standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission. To change and reuse text themes, go to Site Styles.

We do not control, and are not responsible for:

Third-party content, pricing, or subscription terms

Availability or interruptions of third-party services

Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by the agreement between you and that provider.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, training materials, course curricula, branding, logos, trademarks (including "Arizona Veteran Security" and associated marks), and documentation are the exclusive property of Arizona Veteran Security or its licensors.

Liability arising from contracted, on-site security services is governed separately by the applicable services agreement and by Arizona Veteran Security's insurance coverage, not by this general disclaimer.

Use of the website and Client Portal is at your own risk.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Client Portal or Services at any time due to:

Violations of these Terms or applicable policies

Security, licensing, or compliance concerns

Non-payment under an active service agreement or course enrollment

Legal or operational decisions

Upon termination, portal access rights immediately cease. Termination of website or portal access does not, by itself, terminate a separate written security services agreement, which remains governed by its own terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. SMS & Messaging Use Cases

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, through our website contact form), you authorize the Company to send you SMS messages related to the Services we provide. Message categories may include:

A) Non-Marketing / Service & Operational Messages

Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and shift or deployment notifications for security services

Messages may be sent using an automated system. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving security services, and is not required to use our core Services, unless SMS is necessary for account security or verification features you choose to enable.

2. Opt-Out / Stop Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from the Company. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe or provide new consent. You may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

3. Message Frequency

Service and scheduling messages may be sent as needed for active engagements

Course-related messages may be sent based on your enrollment status

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. The Company cannot guarantee delivery of any SMS message, as delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.

7. Eligibility / Age Restriction (18+)

By opting into SMS communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not opt in unless you have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
